Orders are sent via NZ Post 

Please expect delivery delays due to COVID-19

All orders are processed within 1-5 working days and dispatched on TUESDAY & THURSDAY

Postage days updated 31/01/2022

Postage within New Zealand

Courier – NZD $6.20 (Next working day )

Rural Courier – NZD $10.50 (1-2 working days)

A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent when KENTO has shipped your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Delayed Delivery

If your order has not arrived please contact KENTO as soon as possible so that New Zealand Post can be provided with the package details.

Refunds

Kento is happy to process refunds for items if they are faulty

 

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the initial purchase did not arrive or was damaged during S & H.

 

Please contact KENTO as soon as possible to request a refund.

Refund requests are processed ASAP and we appreciate your patience.

Exchanges

Due to the variation of KENTO products, they cannot be exchanged.
